Chelsea is one of my favorite neighborhoods in New York. I loved it the first time I visited and have not changed my mind. It not only has vintage stores and small residential streets and cafes, but also is the home of FIT where I saw an amazing exhibit on the history of lingerie. I'm only sorry that I was not allowed to take photographs because I wanted to share it with you.
I revisited some stores on this trip including Pippin Vintage Jewelry, The Family Jewels and Joe Sundlie's Vintedge and also found an urban flea market with a collection of antique cameras. It was a great vintage trip!
