Toni's Visit to the Oscar de la Renta Show at the de Young Musuem in San Francisco

How lucky I am to live in the Bay Area and have access to such amazing shows as the Oscar de la Renta exhibit at the de Young in San Francisco.  The dresses spanned several decades and styles.  And unusual for most museums, we were allowed to get very close to the pieces that evoked Spanish, Russian and Eastern themes.  Also enjoyed the red carpet and fashion shows on video throughout the exhibit.  Very nice to see how these exquisite clothes looked on real models.  The show will be at the de Young through May 30th, so go see it if you can.

  1. The show looked great and your blog really made me miss the Bay Area. I can only imagine the events to which those fabulous gowns were worn.
